Application

1: one bottle of binder PC-100 included, proper percentage of binder must be added before use, for the high-elastic Nylon fabric, 1.5-2% binder is necessary,for non-elasticity nylon, 2-2.5% PC100 is suggested. for the best result, please dilute the binder with water in percentage of 1:1.
2. Be better to use up all the formulated paste, because the binder will turn into the congeal or gel to create the invalid and waste.
3. For high elastic nylon, apply 3700c tp remder first for one time, then apply 50% 3700C and 50% 3700 mix 6-8% pigment together, then printing two times.
4. After 8 hours natural dry, then curing for 3 minutes at 150℃ or hot-press for 10 second at 150℃.

5.100-120 mesh is suggested, to select different mesh based on different pattern.

Storage:

A: Don't store in direct sunshine or at high temperature

B:Stir paste for 5 minutes before using for the first time
